FHA 223(f) New Construction Waivers Updated

FHA is now providing financing for construction loan take-outs for apartments using FHA 223(f).
A waiver can be requested on any apartment that has received a certificate of occupancy. FHA may waive the three year wait rule for properties that can show that they have been unable to pay off the construction loan using conventional financing. More at Apartment Lender
